Colossians 1:11-14 - 11strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; 12giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. 13He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
Our Rock and Redeemer, Lord I pray this prayer over the reader: Strengthen them with Your glorious power, so that they will have all the endurance and patience that they need. Lord, help them to choose joy and be filled to the overflow, always thanking You. We thank You, Lord, that we are able to share in the inheritance that belongs to Your people that live in the light. Thank you for rescuing us from the Kingdom of darkness and transferring us into the Kingdom of Jesus, Your dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. Let us rejoice! In Jesus’s name I pray all these things, Amen.
